The Meade County-Brandenburg Industrial Development Authority is composed of six civic-minded board members who have established solid economic development objectives for the Meade County-Brandenburg area. The primary goal of the authority is to establish new employment opportunities and support existing businesses. A city-county land option makes the Bill Corum Industrial Park a reality. Two years in operation, one (1) industry has located with another venture close at hand.

A moderately rolling site composed of 58 acres of improved farm land divided into 5, 6, or 7 acre sites or combined into multi-acre sites. At present, one (1) site is occupied by Powers Paper Company in a 20,000 square foot facility. With easy access to Old Ekron Road on KY 1051 (By-Pass), this property is well suited for any low profile industrial plant.
